Terms and conditions
Red Triangle Stationery Limited offer returns for products within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Products cannot be returned after 30 days of receipt. While most of our products follow our general return policies, some products have different requirements associated with them. Products may generally be returned where they are not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
You can also return products within 30 days of receipt of the products if they are in an unused and undamaged condition. It is important that you return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that all new items must be returned unused and undamaged. Our company does not retail used items.
Products that cannot be returned under our voluntary returns policy include,
- Those which due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery makes them unusable/unsaleable by the company e.g., face masks, hand hygienic wipes or liquid items like paints etc.
- Sealed audio or video recordings or of sealed software if unsealed by you after delivery e.g., SD cards, Flash disc/pen drives and similar electronic devices.
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- A service if the supplier has fully performed it and the customer accepted when the order was placed, and the supplier has delivered it, and cancellation is not possible once delivery had started or been made.
- Digital content (including apps, digital software, e-books, MP3, etc) which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., on a CD or DVD) if accepted by the customer when placed cannot be cancelled once delivery had started or been delivered.
- Newspapers, journals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts
Cancellation of orders
Orders may be cancelled for any reason within 14 days beginning from the day the order is placed. Orders processed after 14 days cannot be cancelled, but the customer may instead return the product within 30 days of receipt of delivery if the product is/are not as described or not of satisfactory quality. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform the company by sending an email to email@example.com. Red Triangle Stationery Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order it will be without charge to the customer.
Refunds for cancelled or returned products
Red Triangle Stationery will refund the costs of returned items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect items dispatched to the customer. If the customer wishes to have a replacement product or similar item it will be considered by the company. If products supplied are not defective, damaged, or incorrect items, refunds may not be issued. Red Triangle Stationery will bear shipping costs associated with providing a replacement item to customers if we have supplied defective, damaged or incorrect items to the customer. For orders cancelled with 14 days, Red Triangle Stationery will refund the cost of items, but not the delivery/shipping/dispatch costs.
Returns methods and associated costs
Red Triangle Stationery will refund the cost of
sending an item by dispatch/courier back to us if the item(s) are defective,
damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
