Delivery information and payment
Products purchased on our e-commerce
website are delivered by courier/dispatch service to all customers within the
Greater Accra Region. The cost of dispatch is paid by the customer when the
products are delivered to them. Dispatch costs may vary according to
geographical locations. Customers who live outside the greater Accra area may
still order products from us. We can arrange delivery and we recommend that
customers contact us in advance of making orders to discuss delivery
arrangements.

When will my order arrive?
We recommend customers provide us
with a mobile phone number which the courier/dispatch service may send you a
SMS text message on, or telephone you on the day that your delivery is due. If
customers provide us with an email address, Red Triangle Stationery will send a
shipping confirmation email advising on which courier service has been
allocated to your delivery.
What time will my order
arrive?
Couriers/dispatch services will
deliver all orders usually between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. If you provide us with a
contact telephone number the courier/dispatch service will send you an SMS text
message or telephone you on the day of delivery or provide a time window.
Delayed orders
Our delivery commitment is
subject to the product(s) that you ordered is in stock and us taking
successful payment. If we cannot ship to you right away, we will be in touch
and advise you. There may, unfortunately, be times when our courier/dispatch
service is unable to deliver your package on time due to factors that are out
of our control, for example, due to extremely bad weather or a broken-down
vehicle. We can only apologise for this and for any inconvenience caused, and
we will keep you informed of the progress of your delivery.
What happens if I am out
and my delivery arrives?
If no one is available to accept
delivery at the specified delivery address, the package may be returned to Red
Triangle Stationery Limited or the dispatch depot and a message sent to the
customer to arrange redelivery of the order. Look out for email and text
messages from the courier and/or Red Triangle Stationery Limited informing you
of redelivery a date. Customers will be charged for any missed deliveries.
Collection of order in our
store
Customers can collect orders from
our store. An email or telephone call will be made to the customer informing
them when their order is ready for collection. Orders will be held in our store
for 14 days and if not collected it may be returned to our warehouse and a
refund will be processed in accordance with our returns policy.
When collecting an order in store,
to protect you against fraud, please bring the following items with you:

Proof of Purchase – a printout or electronic
evidence of your order confirmation, confirmation email or Invoice or a payment
processed receipt.
International deliveries/orders
We are unable to process orders
for international delivery via the website at this time.
